Situated on Sydney Street, this apartment is perfect for either two couples / friends or a family coming to
enjoy Queenstown.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms – 1 queen and one super king (split-able to 2 singles), a large bathroom with walk in shower, a kitchen and lounge.

Car Parking:

Car parking is different depending on the location of your stay:

  • 33 Sydney Street – No on-site parking, but street parking in the area is free.
  • 66 Robins Road – One parking space per property with free parking available.

Location:

33 Sydney Street is situated on the corner of Sydney Street and Hallenstein Street. It is a five-minute walk to the town centre. It is the perfect location for those wanting to stay
central yet have the peace and quiet to relax in comfort. Close to all local amenities, bars, restaurants, lake front and Skyline Gondola. It is a bit of an incline back to the property from town so allow 10 minutes if walking from town centre to the property.

66 Robins Road is situated a short 5-minute flat walk from the centre of Queenstown, along Robins Road. It is the perfect location for those wanting to stay central yet have the peace and quiet to relax in comfort. Close to all local amenities, bars, restaurants, lake front and Skyline Gondola.

Management Details:

A manager will be available from 8am – 6pm should there be a guest issue. A night manager will be available from 6pm to 8am should an emergency happen at night.

Payment Policy:

No payment is required at the time of booking, although a credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Standard payment policy: The credit card provided at reservation may be charged 7 days prior to arrival in full – including credit card surcharges. If you are arriving late and wish to settle your account via a different payment method, please contact the property manager prior to arrival. If the card on file declines, we will give you a grace period of 24 hours to supply new information. If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
*Please note different payment policies apply during the year. The Standard payment policy may not apply on events dates or over winter and/ or the December Christmas and New Year holidays, so please read our payment and cancellation policies on your booking to see which applies to your booking.
One-off cleaning fee may apply. 

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations, no shows or changes to a confirmed reservation, on or within 7 days prior to your arrival date will be charged in full. The total amount of your confirmed reservation will be charged including c/c fees. In the event of a now show the reservation will be immediately cancelled. All cancellations or amendments have to be made in writing via email.

Important Information:

Guests are requested to contact us prior to arrival to confirm check in time.
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.

Child Policy:

Children under 2 years stay for free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and highchairs are usually available on request. An extra charge may apply.

Additional Information:

Smoking is strictly NOT permitted in any units.
If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.

Bedding Requirements:

Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to
meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type or room location.

Check-in:

Guests arriving at Central QT Apartments will be charged on the credit card on file for their accommodation
including any additional credit card fee’s unless they make other payment arrangements
