No payment is required at the time of booking, although a credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Please note that the credit card provided at reservation may be charged 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival in full - including credit card surcharges.
If the card on file declines, we will give you a grace period of 24 hours to supply new information. If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.
Any cancellations, no shows or changes to a confirmed reservation, on or within 72 hours, 3 days prior to your arrival date will be charged in full. The total amount of your confirmed reservation will be charged including c/c fees. In the event of a no show the reservation will be immediately cancelled.
Winter Season: June 15th - September 30th
During the above dates, please note ALL Studio rooms have a 7 days cancellation period and ALL Apartments have a 14 days cancellation period. The total amount of your confirmed reservation including credit card surcharges will be pre-charged 7 days out for Studios and/or 14 days for Apartments.
Any cancellations or no shows to a confirmed reservation, on or within the cancellation window will be charged in full. In the event of a no show the reservation will be immediately cancelled.
Guests arriving later than 5.30 pm are requested to contact us prior to arrival to arrange an after-hours check in.
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
