Payment Policy:

No payment is required at the time of booking, although a credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Standard payment policy: The credit card provided at reservation may be charged 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival in full – including credit card surcharges. If you are arriving late and wish to settle your account via a different payment method, please contact Reception prior to arrival.
If the card on file declines, we will give you a grace period of 24 hours to supply new information. If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled.

*Please note different payment policies apply during the year. Standard payment policy may not apply on events dates or over winter and/ or the December Christmas and New Year holidays, so please read our cancellation policies to see which apply on your booking dates.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations, no shows or changes to a confirmed reservation, on or within 72 hours, 3 days prior to your arrival date will be charged in full. The total amount of your confirmed reservation will be charged including c/c fees. In the event of a now show the reservation will be immediately cancelled. All cancellations or amendments have to be made in writing via email.

• For certain events dates and /or for group reservations in excess of 3 (three) rooms, an amended terms and conditions letter will be provided that supersedes all other cancellation policies.

DECEMBER: CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR: From December 23rd to January 3rd
Over our Christmas and New Year holidays, a 30 days pre-payment and cancellation policy applies which supersedes any other cancellation policies.
The credit card provided at the time of booking plus any related transaction fees will be charged.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or change to a confirmed reservation on/or within 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of your reservation. These charges would be made to the credit card supplied at reservation.
Should you wish to pay via bank transfer (only available from a nz bank account), please do contact us prior to the 30th day of your arrival.

WINTER SEASON: June 15th – September 30th
During the above dates, please note ALL Studio rooms have a 7 days cancellation period and Large King units and ALL Apartment studios have a 14 days cancellation period. Any cancellations or no shows to a confirmed reservation, on or within the cancellation window will be charged in full. The total amount of your confirmed reservation will be charged, including credit card surcharges. In the event of a now show the reservation will be immediately cancelled.

Important Information:
Guests arriving later than 5.30 pm are requested to contact us prior to arrival to arrange an after-hours check in.
We strongly advise guests to purchase travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
